Happy 60th Anniversary Zambia. Here’s to the next sixty years.
SIXTY YEARS AFTER INDEPENDENCE
Zambia is a dynamic, competitive and mature democracy; endowed with countless resources and on her way to becoming an established middle-income country.
Under the leadership of President Hakainde Hichilema, the New Dawn government has restored the confidence of business and industry in Zambia as it moves towards a brighter future.
Since President Hichilema took office, Zambia has received over $37 billion in foreign investments, covering industries from mining to agriculture; energy to telecoms. These investments have created thousands of new jobs and accelerated the country’s national development.
The Zambia Is Back campaign is supported by the Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) and works to drive investment in Zambia by helping companies and financiers to work with the government and connect with local businesses.
